The lakes have been developed to provide a variety of fishing to try and cater for match and pleasure anglers alike. Oakfield has pretty much all of the native British species you would expect to find at a commercial fishery in varied lakes that suit fishing the feeder, the waggler or the pole.

Brook is the oldest lake as was dug over 20 years ago but was redeveloped in 2012 when the silt was removed and it now features seven islands. The lake is about an acre in size and has 30 pegs, 15 either side of the lake. The emphasis is on variety to ensure some 'old school' fishing and it is stocked with Barbel, Chub, Tench, Carp, Skimmers, Roach and Roach/Bream hybrids.

Red Kite was excavated in 2011 and was dug as a purpose built match lake. It covers nearly three acres with 36 well spaced pegs, 18 either side of this 60m wide lake. Being so large it suits the feeder, waggler or pole. It is heavily stocked with Carp and F1's. With the disabled angler in mind it has a road built around it and a car parking space in each peg and features extremely large landing stages to allow for a helper.

Swallow is a well established lake that is over 20 years old. It is about one acre and has 26 pegs and is a firm favourite with the pleasure anglers. It is heavily stocked with carp in the 3lb to 15lb range and fished well in the margins or on floating baits.
